Regular automatic backup of all business books and documents, with a UPS that keeps the system powered up even when the power goes out.
A daily backup copy of all data is stored in multiple locations, so a power outage, disk failure or system error does not mean the loss of documentation. Restoring data from a backup is fast and tested.
UPS devices keep the server and network equipment powered up long enough for the system to be safely shut down or switched to an alternate power source without damaging data.
